#12 Hatter Street Review

Hatter Street is just like a gem located in the neighbourhood estate of Kovan (while some of you may challenge that it's Hougang instead). The cafe is located within a walking distance from Kovan MRT Station. The interior of the cafe was beautifully decorated with wall decals and different themes of furnitures.
