#7 The Coffee Daily Review

The Coffee Daily is situated at 75 Brighton Crescent, a 10 minutes walk away from the popular food district of Serangoon Gardens where Chomp Chomp Food Centre and Serangoon Garden Market & Food Centre are.

I entered the cafe at around 8pm on a Friday night and was greeted with a wide range and colourful display of cakes! From their famous Rainbow Cake to Summer Berries Yogurt Tart.

Since I've tried a few Red Velvet Cake from different cafes around Singapore, I decided to try The Coffee Daily's version of it.

The Red Velvet Cake ($6.50) was neatly presented. Taste wise, it was perfect! The cake was moist enough and the cream cheese frosting was just spot on. The berries syrup which was used for the plating actually complimented the cake really well.

Overall, for taste and presentation wise, it has totally exceeded my expectation. In fact, I would dare say that this is definitely one of the best Red Velvet Cake I've tasted.

Apart from coffees, the cafe serves teas, alcoholic drinks and other non-caffeine items as well.

You could choose from the range of tea selections available for a Pot of Tea ($6.00). Just like how beautiful their cafe is, the presentation for the Pot of Tea was equally as mesmerising. The elegant looking tea pot, cup and saucer was served on top of a pink checkered tray.

The Coffee Daily also provides complimentary traditional old school biscuits for you to enjoy while you take your time off in the cafe sipping your coffee away or catching up with your friends.

This is certainly one cafe you wouldn't want to miss!
